Brad Paisley adds SGF date to 2012 tour

Country music’s ongoing love affair with SGF produced a lot of concert dividends for the city this year, and it looks as though that is set to continue–indeed, grow stronger–in 2012. The newest mega-star in the genre to set his sights on the city is none other than much-lauded songwriter and guitarist Brad Paisley, who recently announced dates for his upcoming Camobunga! 2012 World Tour–including a date February 25 at JQH Arena. That’s not all. According to Pollstar, the tour also includes red-hot act The Band Perry and American Idol Season 10 winner Scotty McCreery. McCreery, for his part, confirms the date on his own website, though TBP hasn’t announced much of its 2012 schedule yet.

JQH Arena has made no announcement of the show yet, and a call placed to arena officials was not immediately returned, so we’ll have to wait for ticket details and full confirmation of the lineup. We’ll get you more info when it comes.
