CONFIRMED: Bryan Adams to Gillioz

A big day for concert announcements rolls on with news that Canadian-born ’80s and ’90s radio rock hero Bryan Adams is scheduled to come to Gillioz Theatre Sunday, October 9. Here’s the caveat: It’s a solo acoustic performance. A significant departure for the man behind fist pumpers such as “Summer of ’69,” right? Yes and no. It’s not Adams’s bread and butter, to be sure, but it’s an approach he explored at length with his 2010 album Bare Bones.
