We’ve been documenting the recruitment of Hillcrest High School superduperstar wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, and thanks to some savvy camerawork, we have more eyeball-worthy evidence of big-time college buidling in visits to SGF.
Thanks to reader Bob Lyons, here is a stalkerish savvy photo of Arkansas Razorbacks football coach Bobby Petrino from the Hillcrest High School gymnasium, during last night’s Hillcrest 59-38 victory over Waynesville.
We also had confirmation that Florida’s new offensive coordinator Charlie Weis was at Hillcrest yesterday, as was Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly. And I’m sure there are others, more prestigious and less, that have swooped into Springfield to see DGB.
Previously, we have reported that Alabama coach Nick Saban was at a recent Hillcrest basketball practice. So, this is a challenge to the loyal readers of this website. If you see a stud head coach in the seats, pop off a picture. You’ll be TAGsgf.com famous after we post it up.
Of course, Arkansas is one of more than 40 major Division I schools that have offered DGB, the megastar junior, who set state career receiving marks this season — with one year still remaining in his career.
