There were loads of achievements for SGF athletes in 2010, and plenty of candidates for the first-ever TAGsgf.com Athlete of the Year. Ultimately it came down to the mind-boggling numbers in multiple sports, packaged with national attention for Hillcrest junior Dorial Green-Beckham. Basketball teammate Trey Starks finished second in voting after the Hornets went undefeated after he joined them — a top 10 play on ESPN didn’t hurt, either. The only voting requirements were that they played for an SGF team (Jan-Dec 2010). What would your vote look like? Leave a comment to let us know. — Brett Johnston
