Indie video game rockers Protomen set to mark their return to Springfield, MO in only a few weeks. The Nashville based band has developed a cult following for their concept albums based on the Nintendo game series Mega Man. The band has recently announced its latest tour here.
The band has received praise in some of the largest music magazines and websites as well as played festivals such as SXSW and Bonnaroo. The last time they came to Springfield, they played at the Outland and it the turnout was incredible. Be sure to get to the show early and expect it to be packed to the rafters.
The show is Saturday, July 31 at The High Life Live. Opening will be Golden Giant and Heartpunch. Doors at 9 pm. $6 over. 21 and up.
