There are few things we at TAG love as much as major concert announcements, and today provides a dizzyingly good one. The Gillioz Theatre announced today it will put on its first annual Back to School Bash on August 20 at 8 p.m., and the event’s headliner will be none other than rock chart-toppers Switchfoot. The band’s best-known hits include “Meant to Live” and “Dare You To Move,” both from its 2003 album The Beautiful Letdown, though its full repertoire includes seven finished albums, three charting singles and a slew of awards. Tickets are on sale now at the Gillioz box office and on the theatre’s website for $22.50 with a $5 convenience fee.
