Anyone can have a barbecue–which, if you think about it, is both a blessing and a curse. They’re more plentiful as a result, which is good since they’re a popular leisure activity, but then outside of a mean queso dip it’s hard to make one barbecue stand out from another. Or, if you’re Q102.1 FM, you can have morning-radio hosts Lex & Terry come into SGF and throw a big party and concert with them and call it a Boob-A-Q. That’s precisely what the rock station is doing this Saturday (May 15) at the Ramada Oasis Convention Center (2546 N. Glenstone Ave.) beginning at 6 p.m., with musical entertainment courtesy of Black Sunshine, Soil and Smile Empty Soul. It’s $10 at the door if you want to get in, but we have a plan to get you in without paying anything. TAGSGF.com has 15 tickets to give away between now and the event, and the way to win is oh-so-simple.
What you have to do:
- Go to our Facebook page and find our post about this contest
- Share it with your friend by reposting in your status update
- Leave a comment on this page saying “I love Lex & Terry!”
This will enter you into a drawing for four tickets (three Friday; we were given an odd number) to be held each day at 5 p.m. starting this evening and continuing through Friday. Winners will not be eligible a second time, but if you don’t win we’ll keep your name in the pot for the next day’s drawing.
