After last weekend’s leak of info about country star Carrie Underwood‘s upcoming show at JQH Arena we now have official details about the June 15 show. According to numerous sources, tickets will range in price from $35 to $55, depending on seating (here’s a seating chart to help you visualize; concert seating at the bottom) and will go on sale Friday (February 12) at 10 a.m. You can get them through MissouriStateTix.com (natch), the JQH Arena box office and via Missouri State’s ticket office at 417-836-7678. Opening acts are scheduled to be Craig Morgan and Sons of Sylvia, who make a guest appearance on the song “What Can I Say” from Underwood’s most recent album, Play On:
With the timing of this ticket info, though, we’re left wondering: Is it a speedy reaction to cover for the MissouriStateTix gaffe, or was this the timing for the media blitz all along? Also, the show is four months away. Isn’t it a little soon to start selling out the room? What do you think? Hit up the forums and comments below and discuss.
