Cross Canadian Ragweed returns in February
When CCR invades Springfield, the line at the designated venue forms to the left. No, not Credence Clearwater Revival, and certainly not Credence Clearwater Revisited. We’re talking about Cross Canadian Ragweed, the band at the forefront of Red Dirt country’s popularity. The band has been out on the road since the release of its latest album, Happiness and All the Other Things, and is set to bring the drinkin’ tunes back to Springfield. Wanna know more? Keep to the left and click the link below.
FM Productions has scheduled the band to play Remmingtons Downtown on February 11. No openers or ticket prices confirmed yet, but when those tickets go on sale you will find them at the customary MetroTix outlets FM always employs: Stick It In Your Ear, Kaleidoscope, Vintage Stock and MetroTix.com. (The one missing MetroTix location is The Shrine Mosque box office, but since the show isn’t at the Shrine you can rule that one out anyway.) The initial announcement leaves a lot of holes to fill, and when FM gives us the dirt we’ll happily apply the shovel for you, metaphorically speaking.
